Diverxia<\/a>, an Alonso Group<\/a> company that forms Energy and Infrastructures division<\/strong>, has signed an agreement with the Olmedilla de Alarc\u00f3n town council (Cuenca) to supply renewable energy<\/strong> to several municipal buildings. In this way, the small town of Cuenca, which has barely more than 150 inhabitants, will be able to rely on solar energy sources<\/strong> for the daily supply of some of its public facilities.<\/p>\n

Diverxia<\/a>‘s initiative, launched after a study of its technical and environmental viability<\/strong>, has received the support of the local community, which has valued aspects such as sustainability<\/strong>, the ease of infrastructure maintenance<\/strong> and the promotion of self-consumption<\/strong>. “At Diverxia we believe in giving back to the communities. We are excited to locate our next project in this town. The local communities have a lot to offer, and we are committed to building a more sustainable future<\/strong> for all”, explained company sources.<\/p>\n

Fight against rural depopulation<\/h5>\n

In addition to boosting sustainable development<\/strong> and promoting energy savings, the action is also a way to fight rural depopulation<\/strong>, a phenomenon that is becoming increasingly pressing in our country. Clean energies favour job creation<\/strong> – due to their installation and maintenance needs -, help local economic development – they can be another source of additional income -, reduce energy costs<\/strong> and can even be a source of sustainable tourism<\/strong> for visitors interested in rural life. An initiative, therefore, with a double impact directly linked to the nature of Diverxia<\/a>‘s activity.<\/p>\n

Diverxia, major projects implemented all over the world<\/h5>\n

Since 2006<\/strong>, Diverxia, a company focused on the development and execution of large projects<\/strong>, has implemented various renewable technologies: photovoltaic, hybrid (photovoltaic-wind) and green hydrogen in different parts of the world. This expansion has gone hand in hand with its constant commitment to preserving the environment<\/strong>.
