Another year, Alonso Group\u00a0remains as sponsor of the young driver Carlos Gim\u00e9nez who, with only 12 years, stands out as one of the promises of Valencian motorcycling. This support for the sport is part of the objectives that Alonso works as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility.<\/strong><\/div>\n

Next April begins a new season of the competition ‘Cuna de Campeones’<\/a>, a national championship that consists of six tests that take place in the best speed circuits in the Iberian Peninsula.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The objective of this tournament, promoted by the Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana\u00a0Ricardo Tormo, is to train and promote the talent of future motorcycling champions.<\/strong> At the same time, Cuna de Campeones puts special emphasis on education in values such as effort, improvement or fellowship. A way of understanding the work aligned with the philosophy of Alonso Group that tries to promote these values, supporting the young promises of this sport.<\/p>\n

With its commitment, Alonso Group\u00a0will be present one more year in this competition by supporting Carlos Gim\u00e9nez<\/strong>, one of these young drivers who strive to achieve the dream of becoming a name in professional motorcycling.<\/p>\n

This young Valencian pilot, now 12, has been competing on a motorbike since he was just six, and his progression each season has placed him among the top five riders of the competition<\/strong> at the national level.<\/p>\n

A mine of elite athletes<\/h5>\n

Despite his young age, Carlos will compete this year in the category Pre Moto 4 (PM4), which rides\u00a0on 250 cc motorcycles that reach speeds close to 175 kilometers per hour.<\/strong> Jorge Lorenzo, Nico Terol or H\u00e9ctor Barber\u00e1 are some names of pilots with trajectories and very similar developments in the beginnings of the pilot Carlos Gim\u00e9nez.<\/p>\n

In addition, the season that opens in the spring and will last until the end of November, will allow the kids to run in the same official circuits in which take place the great prizes of motorcycling:<\/strong> Montmel\u00f3, Cheste, Estoril…<\/p>\n

Although these young people dedicate much of their free time to training, both physical and psychological values and skills, they are clear that to be successful as athletes it is imperative not to neglect their education.<\/p>\n

To promote this responsible attitude towards sports, one of the requirements demanded by ‘Cuna de Campeones’ to support these young sports talents is to be able to maintain an impeccable academic record throughout the season.<\/strong><\/p>\n
