With this measure, the company demonstrates its commitment to parity and <strong>equality between men and women<\/strong> in the workplace, as well as to family reconciliation. An implementation that they have developed internally in a voluntary and anticipated manner and that they will extend to the parent company, <a href=\"https:\/\/qualitydual.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Quality Dual<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As of next year, <strong>all companies with more than 50 employees must have an obligatory Equality Plan<\/strong>, a rule regulated by Organic Law 3\/2007, which establishes a transitional period so that companies can adapt according to the number of employees. With this adhesion, Quality Dual Integra has<strong> already anticipated the future regulations<\/strong> while Quality Dual &#8211; dedicated to the implementation of integral management systems for different sectors, cleaning or home care &#8211; <strong>is working to obtain its own plan soon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h5>Equal treatment and opportunities<\/h5>\n<p>The <strong>Equality Plan<\/strong> is an important step forward for the company and <a href=\"https:\/\/grupo-alonso.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Alonso Group<\/a>, as it involves the fulfilment of a set of measures, endorsed after a diagnosis of the situation, aimed at <strong>achieving equal treatment and opportunities<\/strong> in the company, as well as eliminating discrimination on the basis of sex.<\/p>\n<p>This type of plan sets out the <strong>specific equality objectives<\/strong> to be achieved, the strategies and practices to be adopted to achieve them, as well as the establishment of <strong>effective systems for monitoring and evaluating the objectives set.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5>ISO 9001 and 14001<\/h5>\n<p>On the other hand, <strong>Quality Dual <\/strong>and <strong>Quality Dual Integra<\/strong> have achieved the<strong> ISO 9001 certification<\/strong> &#8211; which determines the requirements for a Quality Management System &#8211; and <strong>ISO 14001<\/strong> &#8211; international standard of environmental management &#8211; which guarantees and certifies their good practices. Both companies have been<strong> working and establishing processes to improve their activities<\/strong>, which ultimately impacts on their end customers.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/grupo-alonso.com\/documentos\/Quality%20Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">quality policy<\/a> that is in line with the work currently being carried out by other Alonso Group companies.<\/p>\n<h5>Successful bidders in the Bank of Spain tender<\/h5>\n<p>It should also be noted that the <strong>&#8220;UTE Grupo Quality BDE Valencia&#8221;<\/strong> awarded the public tender for the cleaning service at the Bank of Spain. The <strong>UTE &#8211; Temporary Union of Companies &#8211;<\/strong> between Quality Dual and Quality Dual Integra, constituted to obtain the said tender, has been selected for the work so, <strong>during the next three years,<\/strong> it will be in charge of the cleaning in the Valencia delegation. A contract that could be extended for two more years.<\/p>\n<p>The fact that Quality Dual Integra is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qualityintegra.com\/#about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Special Employment Centre<\/a> accredited by the Valencian Government, as well as <strong>Quality Dual&#8217;s great experience<\/strong> in services and cleaning, were two important factors in their being able to win the tender.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Quality Dual Integra successfully implements the Equality Plan that works for gender parity in the company.
