At a particularly difficult Christmas due to the consequences of the COVID-19, Alonso Group is reinforcing its solidarity actions at international, national and local level. These initiatives are part of the company’s CSR policy and are an example of effort, willingness and solidarity. All the aid will be used to improve the quality of life of the most disadvantaged groups in society.<\/strong><\/div>\n

Alonso Group is once again focusing on its Christmas solidarity campaigns. .<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

2020 is proving to be an economically and socially complex<\/strong> year due to the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. A reality that has aggravated situations such as serious difficulties in accessing the most basic needs, forced migration or shortages of the most basic medicines around the planet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Aware of the situation this year, Alonso Group<\/a> once again sets an example of effort, willingness and solidarity<\/strong> by collaborating with different NGOs and social organisations that work every day to improve the quality of life of the most disadvantaged groups. Specifically, this aid, through its different companies and with the involvement of all the workers, will have an international reach<\/strong>\u00a0(Doctors Without Borders and Unicef), national<\/strong> (Red Cross and the Food Bank) and local<\/strong> (Casa de la Caridad de Valencia).<\/p>\n

All these actions are framed within Alonso Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility<\/strong> (CSR) policy which, through disinterested contributions, is aimed at trying to mitigate the serious effects of the pandemic at the start of Christmas.<\/p>\n

Doctors Without Borders<\/h5>\n

As soon as the pandemic began, the international organization launched the “Coronavirus Crisis Fund”<\/strong> to finance all aid activities in more than 70 countries to combat the consequences of the virus. Moreover, medical cooperation is now more necessary than ever. This year Alonso Group collaborates again with this NGO, as it did in 2019<\/a> to support its humanitarian aid in Yemen.<\/p>\n
