Axial Tracker’s new Tracker 2V TT takes another technical leap forward.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n

Axial Tracker<\/a>, dedicated to the design, manufacture and assembly of photovoltaic facilities<\/strong>, continues to improve its range of latest generation solar trackers. The company, part of Alonso Group<\/a> Energy and Infrastructures division, has just launched the new design of its Tracker 2V<\/a>. A configuration that represents a technical leap<\/strong> forward as it increases its efficiency while maintaining the same level of safety<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Likewise, the controlled or distributed traction system<\/strong> of the new 2V has significantly increased the operating speed compared to the previous model and other competitors in the market. Axial Tracker<\/a>‘s new 2V TT model<\/strong> has also managed to optimise its assembly process, as it reduces the number of references by 30%, which means it is much easier to install.<\/p>\n

Lower investment and maintenance costs<\/h5>\n

After months of work by Axial Tracker’s Engineering<\/a>, R&D and the corresponding tests, the new tracker has also achieved an improvement in its final value (CAPEX<\/strong>) and a lower maintenance cost (OPEX<\/strong>). An outstanding optimisation for a product that is already being marketed in all markets around the world. A work based on continuous improvement<\/strong> with a clear evolution to meet the demands of the market.<\/p>\n

In short, the new Tracker 2V TT<\/strong> is a commitment to efficiency<\/strong> and reliability<\/strong>, as it has a safety system based on distributed transmission that maintains the philosophy of the previous Blocking System.<\/p>\n

Internationalisation<\/h5>\n

This launch is further proof of Axial Tracker<\/strong>‘s continuous search for excellence in order to continue to position itself at the top of the world in its category. A mission that coincides, in addition, with the internationalisation process<\/strong> carried out by the company. The latest example is the construction of a production centre<\/strong> in Brazil<\/a>, an emerging country with a large potential population, which could be ready in the next months. This plant will be added to the one already in operation in Quart de Poblet (Valencia).<\/p>\n

Currently, 60% of Axial Tracker’s total production, with more than 4,200 MW<\/strong> manufactured, is exported to important markets<\/strong> such as Chile, France, Holland and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
