More than 750 Alonso Group professionals participate in the Valencia Logistics Festival
The Valencia Logistics Festival, now in its 35th year, was attended by more than 750 professionals from the Alonso Group. New this year was that they all gathered in a single marquee. The so-called “Carpa Alonso” brought together employees from all the companies in the Alonso Group’s Logistics Division based in Valencia.
In addition, Legendario, the brand of its Leisure and Services Division, also had a strong presence in the marquee with its product portfolio, reinforcing its commitment to offering distinctive products.
In a total area of over 800 square metres, with tasteful, corporate décor, professionals were able to enjoy one of Valencia’s most traditional dishes, paella, sharing a moment of conviviality outside the usual work environment.
A shared space where Alonso professionals were able to forge closer ties, strengthen camaraderie and reinforce their sense of belonging. During the event, the importance of cohesion and teamwork as powerful tools for continuing to build the logistics of the future also became clear.
With initiatives such as this, Alonso Group once again demonstrates its commitment to the people who form part of the corporation and to strengthening a corporate culture based on collaboration and closeness.
An industry event with over 13.000 logistics professionals
The old esplanade of Grao de Valencia has managed to bring together more than 13.000 professionals from the logistics sector. A record figure where more than 14.000 kilos of firewood, 1.221 paellas and thousands of litres of drink have been used. A traditional festival where there was no shortage of lively brass bands, live music and the roar of fireworks.
A total of 284 companies from the logistics sector took part this year in a record-breaking edition that defied the inclement weather on a day marked by rain and wind.
