A work for which Servitrans Levante and SETEMAR have coordinated their technical and human teams.

A very high complex logistical challenge

The two companies integrated in Grupo Alonso, spent several months working on the logistical challenge of consolidation and shipment of machinery and extremely bulky and delicate materials to carry out the construction of this infrastructure.
To ensure the integrity of each of the shipments through more than 9,000 kilometers separating Spain from Ecuador, they are using the most advanced techniques of cargo heavy and bulky goods with special containers, Open-top, Flat-rack…

Restoring life to the river Tahuando

Until now, most wastewater from the city of Ibarra was discharged without any control into Tahuando river. This river has special historical and social significance for the country. The construction of this sewage treatment station, will serve about 200,000 people and allow processing 43,200 cubic meters of water daily.
It is designed according to high standards of environmental efficiency and has a system that will allow reuse of residual sludge as fertilizer for growing and reuse as fuel gas generated by decaying matter.
