Grupo Alonso reinforces its Corporate Social Responsibility with the creation of a Special Employment Center

The new Special Employment Center (CEE) Quality Dual Integra, will start its activities from the month of September. This initiative, aligned with the Alonso Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility policy, will allow people with different disabilities to access a job adapted to their needs.
The Special Employment Centers are a type of organizations recognized since 1982, through the Social Integration of the Handicapped Act (LISMI). These are institutions, as the law cites, “whose main objective is to carry out productive work, in order to ensure a paid employment for their disabled workers. At the same time, they have as their mission the integration of the greatest number of disabled people into the normal working regime “.
This is how a Special Employment Center works
Under LISMI, public and private enterprises with more than 50 workers are required by law to have at least 2% of disabled workers, in order to contribute socially to combat the exclusion of the disabled from the workplace. With the objective of supporting this cause, Quality Dual Integra will be in charge of offering advice to companies when hiring disabled personnel in a wide variety of areas.
On the other hand, those companies that can not comply with these regulations due to the type of activity carried out in their facilities, the law provides for the possibility of substituting these contracts for the acquisition of goods and services offered by an EEC. In this sense, Quality Dual also established as a shopping center will be responsible for the supply of all types of goods and / or services to all companies regardless of the number of employees.
Multiple Benefits
Since the EEC are institutions audited and approved by different government agencies, working with one ensures that a number of requirements, which have a positive impact on both the company and the worker with disabilities and by extension the whole met the society.
The most important of these advantages is that companies (through a certificate issued by Quality Dual Integra) will be guaranteed compliance with their legal obligations regarding the social inclusion of persons with disabilities. On the other hand, they make sure that the staff that collaborates with them has received the appropriate training and is perfectly qualified to carry out their work.
All this without forgetting the important social work that supposes to support the inclusion in the ordinary system of work of the disabled people.
