Alonso Logistics Turkey, a good balance in its first year of activity
With a branch office in the economic capital of the country, Istanbul, Alonso Logistics Turkey started its activity last January. So far the balance could not be more brilliant.
In Alonso Logistics Turkey we work with different industries and production sectors, both exporters and importers (retail, machinery, automotive, footwear, plastics, ceramics, packaging, steel…), and we offer all kinds of services, especially maritime and air logistics. The branch, located in an emerging economy such as Turkey, we have started our mission with the guarantee of having the international structure of the Alonso Group, present in the five continents.
Despite the threats facing the sector, such as economic recession, unemployment and financial uncertainty, as Murat Karaman – Alonso Logistics Turkey Manager – explained during his speech at the II International Meeting of the Alonso Group, Alonso Logistics Turkey has big growth plans for 2023.

2023: development plans
In the coming year, the company will open new branches in two major port cities in the country: Mersin and Izmir. The port of Mersin is the largest in the country and has excellent rail connections. Izmir, on the Aegean coast, is well connected to the rest of the Turkish industrial area. Growth forecasts are very positive and high.
In addition, we will continue to promote the transport of project cargoes and all kinds of customer-specific logistics solutions. Nothing is impossible in transport!
Close work with all types of partners and collaborators
In addition to our expansion plans, Alonso Logistics Turkey is working to increase its relationships with partners. We recently attended an event for Air Liban, Lebanon’s national airline with offices in the capital Beirut.
