Alonso Forwarding UK prepares to celebrate its first anniversary

It was on 1 August 2023 when at Alonso Forwarding UK started our first operations in the UK. Right now we are very close to celebrating our first birthday.

It has been an incredible year although it has not been without its challenges in the current difficult economic climate. We continue to show signs of steady growth and have gradually built up a team of five amazing employees in the areas of operations, administration and finance. All of this would not have been possible without the fantastic support we receive from the management and the other offices around the world. They rely on Alonso Forwarding UK for their UK operations.

We have recently participated in Multimodal 2024, the largest event in the logistics and transport sector in the UK, which was held in the city of Birmingham. The event has been a great success and we were able to strengthen our ties with our customers and suppliers, as well as to present our services to potential customers. We will be attending again next year.

Forecast

Alonso Forwarding UK future is to increase our presence in a very competitive local market such as the British one. We want to continue to grow and contribute to the growth of Alonso Forwarding. We are also working on our supplier network to make our prices and services even more competitive and help our overseas offices to increase their sales.
