More than 100,000 people live the experiential leisure of MEEU in its first months of activity

Cultural, artistic, business and leisure events integrated in a unique space in the heart of Madrid. MEEU is all this but it is also a new concept of understanding the urban culture that, in just a few months, has managed to become a reference of the social life of the capital of Spain.
So far MEEU has received more than 100,000 visitors of all ages and with very diverse interests. The versatility of MEEU spaces has allowed all types of activities to be carried out in the first few months of operation, such as fairs, congresses, brand presentations, markets, shows, competitions, press conferences , showrooms, filming, conventions, conferences … Any format has room in MEEU.

Big brands are betting on MEEU
The actions that have attracted the most attention have gone hand in hand with the great international companies that have found MEEU the perfect environment for their presentations.
The sports company Adidas transformed the space MEEU Roller into an authentic football stadium on the occasion of the presentation of their new models of sneakers. There, Real Madrid players interacted with the attendees at an indoor soccer tournament.
Undoubtedly, one of the most multitudinous events was the Movistar + Festival Series. Participants queued up selling out to enjoy the scoop series previews, exclusive projections of the best series, round tables with great figures…
A space visited by popular faces
During these last months, MEEU have also become a catwalk of well-known faces of the musical, televising, sporting and cultural sector. Pilar Rubio, Mario Vaquerizo, Kate Ryan, Anxo Perez, Ernesto Sevilla, Ariadne Artiles, Eva Hache, Edurne, LQSA (artistic crew), Pelayo, Risto Mejide, Rossy de Palma, Gabi (Atlético de Madrid Captain), Ana Fernández, Annie B. Sweet, Rubén de la Red, Carvajal, Andrés (DVicio Group), Malena Costa, Mario Suárez o Arantxa de Benito have already lived the experience of visiting MEEU.

Technological fairs, events and congresses
MEEU houses some outstanding fairs and congresses of very different themes. The cutting edge of the latest technology comes in digital creation events such as the Ruby and Rails day , where different workshops on the open source web application framework were held.
Also Open Expo , the largest annual open source congress in our country, or the Prestashop day , the event dedicated to online commerce, used MEEU as headquarters
In addition, MEEU hosts periodic fairs dedicated to family audiences or future parents and moms like Family Land Market or Todo Papas Loves Madrid .
In the field of design, it is important to highlight the events around the textile such as the Textil Madrid or Textil Home Premium encounter or the different editions of the Nómada Market and the Da Shape Madrid, which claim contemporary urban style in the world of fashion.
Networking at MEEU
MEEU is not only leisure and culture. Since its opening more than a hundred companies have used the 33,000 square meters of facilities equipped to give free rein to all types of projects: networking sessions in the Factoría MEEU business center, product presentations, workshops of coaching and formation, castings and selections of personnel …

Only a space like MEEU could host a massive casting like the one that carried out the ‘Got Talent’ television program to choose future participants in this famous talent show from Mediaset Spain.
At the same time, agencies and experts in networking like Referencia2 , Occursum or Quanten Leap have already made MEEU one of their reference spaces when scheduling business meetings and networking activities of all kinds.
The best restoration
Gastronomy has also been one of the aspects that have been most careful in these first months of MEEU. Its four restoration spaces, Zielou , headed by the Maestro Brothers, Ático Urbano , Rolling Dance and Go Kitchen , are just the spearhead of a concept of understanding the kitchen as a combination, culture, pleasure and show.
The best example has been the creation of custom dishes, specially designed in aroma and composition for the presentation of the new Kenzo World fragrance. The aim was to make everything that surrounds the presentation harmonize to achieve an integral experience involving the five senses.
