This year Alonso Group is supporting the victims of La Palma through Mensajeros de la Paz, Padre Ángel's NGO. It is not the only cause of solidarity that has joined this Christmas. Solidarity also has a local reach (Cáritas Valencia and the NGO Invisibles) and an international level with the help in the Afghanistan crisis through UNHCR.

The logistics holding company Alonso, with multimodal platforms distributed in the most strategic points of the Iberian Peninsula, has reinforced its specialised equipment at the multimodal terminal of Morrot (Barcelona). This is a new reach stacker that will reduce the times of land and rail operations, an increase in efficiency that will have an impact, especially in the handling of semi-trailers in freight trains.
Alonso Group adds a new sponsorship related to the world of sport. The holding company supports the team of the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) through a logistic support that will be visible in the next international competitions of the university team, formed by fifty students of different disciplines.
Built with eight 40-foot and two 20-foot shipping containers, the building integrates different companies in the logistics and energy division. These include ADT Mediterráneo and the Operinter Murcia delegation. From its origins, the construction is totally sustainable and has energy efficiency systems. The works began in July and up to 6 companies of the holding company have been involved.
